These are very good. They are small and yet easy to solder for a usb2 connection, but not really suitable for usb3 given the tiny solder pads. The biggest downside is that they don't clip together firmly and the usb plug part slides in and out of the shell. You really need to glue them together and/or fill them with epoxy/hot-glue etc.

Thanks to it, i was able to revive a dead phone charger cable. A staple item, yet. These cables break continously. A note: please glue the case with a glue like cyanoacrylate or e6000, else it will click open when connecting and disconnecting the plug on the phone.
