Absolutely love these. They actually block out all light. Only downside is the strap weakens over time, and kinda rubs behind my ear. I still use these every night (i got multiple pairs, to wash after ive used them for some time). They dont last forever, and kind of degrade over time and especially after washes. Still worth it, as they truly help me sleep better. Wish i could buy multiple pairs for a lower price. They smell bad when they arrive, but it goes away after a gentle hand wash.
