Does not allow varying the speed of my PC 12V DC fans. Only ON at the end or OFF at the beginning, 9/10. At the voltmeter, 12V IN and 12V out permanently.

When I connected it to 16.8V and turned on the switch, the circuit burned out. I would like you to indicate the exact possible voltage.

It just does not work. Probably due to potentiometer misuse. Tested on ~12v, output changed between like 12.2v to 12.4v then potentiometer clicks and i get ~2v. All three items work in that way

Really cool, I love electronics, it's just a bit annoying that it controls the power, but only a little, as if there's no way to turn it more than one turn, so that's a bit annoying, other than that it's a great product.
