You should purchase with the feeling of 'what are you saying at this price?' I bought two, but the center of the tip is missing and one is a bit dull. Now, what should I use it for?

The tungsten carbide nib does not cut into steel very well where the font is very thin and not very visible. It may work better with glass or wood but that's not what i needed it for, so just okay as an engraving tool for metal.
I haven't tried it yet but it seems as described and i'm sure it will work great for the etching i need to perform.
