Honestly it's not fantastic, but my hair is quite fine. It does cut and doesent pull, but it's quite difficult to do a thorough job with. On the plus side, there are no batteries and it's there ready when you need it.

Much worse than the model of turning the axis with another hand. Doesn't cut, much less efficient. You have to click many, many times to get the effect.
