Quality is very good, and very quiet at full speed. I cand recommend them.
Ordered 2 small 80x80x15 mm fans with 4-point connection and received them quickly. Due to the PWM regulation, they do not run at full speed constantly, which reduces noise production.

The product matches the description, arrived quickly along with other purchased items, the quality is very good, sufficient airflow for me, low noise level, 100% compatible with 4-pin connectors. On the other hand, the cable is long enough to reach any part of the motherboard. Recommended.

Pretty quiet at the lowest rpm though it would have been cool if the lowest rpm was 200-400rpm lower.

The size is small, but it is very powerful. I placed it at the bottom of my PC due to the space of the network card; it wasn't possible to fit a 120mm one.
Fans are good, silent. 15mm thickness is without the rubber pads, if it matters.

So, i'm happy with these fans because i'm doing a custom insallation, but don't just plug these in and think they will work -- it might even damage them -- it took me 3 hours to verify that the wiring is not to an intel standard pin out for computer chassis---it is exactly the opposite pin out. It will fit in a standard connector but doesn't look like any molex kk connector i've seen -- it looks like a 24 volt connector even though the fan is clearly 12 volt. There is no color coding on the wire, and although they marked the ribbon cable and connector for pin 1 (ground) it's not possible to check this before power, becuase the fan housing is plastic. I've attached a picture with the wiring sorted. The ground (black), the vcc (yellow), the sense (green), and pwm contol (blue).
