The machine arrived defective. The forward/backward movement was stuck. Also, the claw would not open all the way so you couldn't pick anything up. This was to be a christmas present for my son. I found the issue to be that teeth had broken off of the cheap plastic gears inside the motor assembly. I had to design new gears and 3d print them then also repair the claw mechanism to open properly. It is partially functional now but not a good product at all. I spoke with the company about a refund but they denied two requests for refund. They wanted pictures of the damage but i'm not disassembling the machine again just to show them the custom repairs i had to make. If i were you, i'd find another machine and definitely a different company to purchase from. Buyer beware.

The light comes on and there's a sound, so my child really likes it. By putting jelly in the capsule and pulling it out, it adds more fun to eating. I really like it!

Delivered damaged. As if a truck had run over it. Then I can return it and have ordered a new one (which has become more expensive in the meantime) and this one has not been delivered at all. And then I have to chase after the delivery person before anything is done about it. I wish I had never ordered this.
