The belt is made very well, but the pulse emission programs are very poor - you can more or less only choose two modes, and even those two are not the best - some others have much better performance and program selection. One of the modes is a combination of short and long pulses, with the short ones being much weaker than the long ones - useless. It also seems to me that the pulses do not reach all the pads.

I think it's okay. The appearance and design aren't bad, and even without applying EMS (a small spray bottle is included), if you adhere well, it works moderately without causing discomfort.
