Bring a screw and base in case your motherboard doesn't have it. The thermal sheet has plastic for peeling off and adhering to both the M.2 and the plastic heatsink. It does not take up more than 3 mm, so it does not affect the graph. It comes with 2 rubber bands to ensure better fixation and prevent movement. The temperatures of the NVMe SSD hover around 35 degrees with it on. It will drop the temperature by approximately 10 degrees.

The heatsink has managed to keep the main Samsung M2 of my HP Omen 16 laptop below 80 degrees. Β° It was playing, which caused the entire computer to hang to protect itself from heat. The temperature has dropped to a maximum of 70-72 in the middle of summer. Yes, this particular laptop is very thin and the block really doesn't fit, I can't fit the lid completely, but since I use it as if it were a desktop computer, it works well for me. Excellent radiator for such a price and configuration. For maximum efficiency, it is better to use thermal paste and thermal glue instead of thermal pads.
