I checked on Xiaomi Redmi 12, turbo works.
The cables are well packed in individual bags, so everything seems to be fine.
I tested this Xiaomi cable with an 18W charger and the tester showed 5V 1.77A on the screen. I connected another cable, and the tester showed 5.15V 0.43A. I'm not an electrician, but when charging my phone with the Xiaomi cable, it takes about 30 minutes to fully charge, while with another cable it takes about 60 minutes. So, charging with the Xiaomi cable is faster.

120w check nothing but 67w turbo charge sees and charges pretty fast, not worse the original. A thick cable, 3 mm somewhere. In the depth of the plug (usb a) there is an additional quick charging pin. Looks like from a smartphone box. You can take it less.
