The earpads are much more comfortable than the original ones, not to mention they don't make the skin sweat. The difference in padding between these earpads and the ones that come with the headset is drastic. The protection for the top stem also has a certain comfort.

I bought it for the X9, hoping it would be the right size, and it fit perfectly. The hole where the ear goes is smaller than the original earpads, but still, they don't squeeze my ear. At least my ear fits inside there; it's also thicker than the original earpads, as you can see in the photo I left. They are also very comfortable. I recommend it.
